Step 1

It’s now easy to BOOK YOUR REPAIR ONLINE, but if you prefer, you can download and print our form then send it back to us with your device.
If you have a Leica DISTO please fill out this form & post it to us with your device.

Or please fill out this form for all other devices.
Step 2
Package up your device and send it to us
Make sure the device is packaged up securely with your name and address. Place a copy of the form in with the device. Our preferred delivery service is https://uk.interparcel.com
Step 3
We'll advise on your repair / service then fix
Once we receive your device we will keep you informed via text thought every step of the process.
Step 4
And finally ...
Once your repair/service is complete, we'll ship your device back to you via the delivery service you choose.
